Consultant & builder of agentic systems

I embed AI into how organisations work.

AI workflows, human values. For the people who do the work.

Audit first. Then build the system, embed it in the workflow, and stay accountable for it working.

Scroll

Every organisation is under pressure to “do AI.”

Most attempts fail the same way. Tools get added, workflows stay the same, and six months later nothing has changed.

The technology was never the hard part. Embedding it is.

01 / WHAT YOU GET

Three ways into the work.

Start with the smallest engagement that can tell us something true.

01 Most engagements start here

Diagnose the audit

See the work clearly before anyone reaches for a bigger system.

FOR
Leaders with real AI momentum but no shared way to prioritise it.
YOU’LL GET
A map of the work, a clear read on what to automate and what to protect, and a right-sized plan.
FORMAT
A paid diagnostic, kept short and focused.
02

Build the workflow

Prove the model with one useful workflow in production.

FOR
Teams ready to prove the model with one workflow in production.
YOU’LL GET
A working workflow embedded where people already work, with a human review step.
FORMAT
Scoped delivery, measured in weeks.
03

Embed capability

Leave the team with the judgment and practice to run it themselves.

FOR
Teams who want independence, not vendor lock-in.
YOU’LL GET
Training, governance, and coaching so the business keeps ownership of its own judgment.
FORMAT
Tailored to the team and paced around the work.

02 / THE LADDER

FIG. 01 / THE ESCALATION LADDER

Build only what the work has earned.

More infrastructure is not more maturity. Each rung answers a different need.

  1. L0 Orientation

Guidance and prompt practice, when the need is capability not a system.

  2. L1 Shared workspace

A shared Claude or ChatGPT project, knowledge structure, and working agreements.

  3. L2 Documented skill

A written procedure or custom assistant with a human review step.

  4. L3 One automation

A single connector or automation behind a channel people already use.

  5. L4 Thin workflow

A bespoke workflow with storage, logs, and a review queue.

  6. L5 Control room

A dedicated interface for visibility and several connected workflows.

  7. L6 Client OS

An isolated operating system, once several workflows are proven.

We build only the level your work has earned.

03 / HOW THE WORK MOVES

01 / 05

Diagnose

Understand how the work actually happens, not how the org chart says it does.

02 / 05

Design

Redesign the workflow around the system, not the system around a demo.

03 / 05

Build

Working agentic systems in weeks, not roadmaps.

04 / 05

Embed

Wired into the tools, the habits, and the people.

05 / 05

Compound

Measured, refined, expanded. Accountable for it working.

04 / PROOF

FIELD NOTE / LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

The first deliverable is a better argument.

Before a build, we agree where human attention creates value and where the system should carry the load.

CLIENT RECORD / QUOTES PENDING

The work should speak in real voices.

05 / POINT OF VIEW

NOTE / THE THESIS

A technology only matters once it’s embedded in how people actually work.

The point of a faster system is a calmer person.

DESIGN PRINCIPLE / CALM

Breathe with it. Notice the field, it drifts closer and gathers as you breathe in, eases away and thins as you breathe out. Breathe with it. Notice the field, it brightens as you breathe in and softens as you breathe out. This is the pace my systems breathe at, four seconds in, six seconds out, the rhythm of a resting body. Calm and mindfulness techniques sit at the bedrock of every interface I ship, honest waits, one thing at a time, no engagement tricks. The tool asks for less of your attention, so the work gets more of it.

06 / WHO YOU WORK WITH

Twenty years at the edge.

Before the world had a name for spatial computing, Daniel Bury was already directing it. Virtual reality, immersive film, emerging technologies that had no rulebook yet. He directed a Google-supported virtual-reality film with Indigenous creators in the Amazon, shot David Attenborough’s Micro Monsters in VR (GV), and built immersive learning that won Platinum at the LearnX awards.

As Director of Immersive Learning he put spatial computing to work at industrial scale. Training experiences deployed across two thousand headsets, production teams of fifty-plus. The lesson from every one of those frontiers was the same. A technology only matters once it’s embedded in how people actually work.

Spatial computing taught him that. Agentic AI is where he applies it, as the technical person who walks into an organisation, finds where intelligence belongs, and builds it in.
