Consultant & builder of agentic systems

I embed AI into how organisations work.

AI workflows, human values. For the people who do the work.

Audit first. Then build the right system, embed it in the work, and stay accountable for it working. Less time lost to busywork. More attention for the work that matters.

Every organisation is under pressure to “do AI.”

Most attempts fail the same way. Tools get added, workflows stay the same, and six months later nothing has changed.

The technology was never the hard part. Embedding it is.

AN OPERATING MODEL THAT WORKS

Four ways into the work.

Start with the smallest engagement that tells us something true.

01 Most engagements start here

Diagnose. The audit.

See the work clearly before anyone reaches for a bigger system.

FOR
Leaders with real AI momentum but no shared way to prioritise it.
YOU’LL GET
A map of the work, a clear read on what to automate and what to protect, and a right-sized plan.
FORMAT
A paid diagnostic, kept short and focused.
02

Build. The workflow.

One useful workflow, live and doing real work.

FOR
Teams ready to prove the model with one workflow in production.
YOU’LL GET
A working workflow embedded where people already work, with a human review step.
FORMAT
Scoped delivery, measured in weeks.
03

Embed. The capability.

Leave the team with the judgment and practice to run it themselves.

FOR
Teams who want independence, not vendor lock-in.
YOU’LL GET
Training, governance, and coaching so the business keeps ownership of its own judgment.
FORMAT
Tailored to the team and paced around the work.
04

Partner. Ongoing care.

Keep the system useful as the work changes.

FOR
Teams that want one accountable partner after launch.
YOU’LL GET
Regular review, upkeep, improvements, and careful expansion when there is a clear need.
FORMAT
Monthly care, scoped around the systems in use.

ALSO, CREATIVE SYSTEMS

The same craft, applied to production, content, and film workflows.

How the work moves

Audit

Understand how the work actually happens, not how the org chart says it does.

Design

Redesign the workflow around the system, not the system around a demo.

Build

Working agentic systems in weeks, not roadmaps.

Embed

Wired into the tools, the habits, and the people.

Compound

Measured, refined, expanded. Accountable for it working.

A technology only matters once it’s embedded in how people actually work.

The point of a faster system is a calmer person.

Calm by design

The subtle UI breathes at the rhythm of a resting body. Focus on one thing at a time. The operating system asks for less of your attention, so the work gets more of it. Breathe.

Only as much system as the work needs.

We start with the lightest useful option and go further only when there is a clear need. From practical guidance to a full custom system, nothing is over-built.

  1. Guidance

Guidance and prompt practice when the team needs a better way to work, not a system.

  2. Shared operating model

A shared AI workspace with organised knowledge, reusable instructions, and clear ways of working.

  3. Repeatable skill

A documented process or tailored AI assistant, with a person reviewing the result.

  4. One automation

One repeated task automated inside a tool or channel the team already uses.

  5. Connected workflow

A custom workflow with its own records, activity history, and a queue for human review.

  6. Control room

One place to see, review, and manage several connected workflows.

  7. Custom operating system

A dedicated system for the organisation, used once several workflows have proved useful.

Start light. Add only what the work needs.

First, we agree where AI belongs, and where it does not.

Before a build, we agree where human attention creates value and where the system should carry the load.

Daniel Bury

Twenty years at the edge.

Before the world had a name for spatial computing, I was already directing it. I directed a Google-supported virtual reality film with Indigenous creators in the Amazon, shot David Attenborough’s Micro Monsters in VR (GV), and built immersive learning that won Platinum at the LearnX awards.

As Director of Immersive Learning, I put spatial computing to work at industrial scale. The work included training experiences deployed across two thousand headsets and production teams of more than fifty people. Each frontier taught me the same thing. The tool matters less than whether people can put it to work.

Spatial computing taught me that. Agentic AI is where I apply it now, as the technical person who goes into an organisation, finds where AI belongs, and builds it into the work.
